It was very unique and delicious. Although not tried in his native region, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Makassar&lt;/span&gt;. Konro soup served wherever and whoever cooked it always presents a special flavor&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingredients :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 kg of beef ribs, cut into pieces&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 ltr water&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cm cinnamon&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 grains of cloves&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 cm galangal&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 bay leaves&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;½ tbsp salt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 onions, thinly sliced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tbsp tamarind water java&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Subtle Seasonings:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 onions&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 cloves garlic&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 rounded teaspoon pepper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;½ teaspoon nutmeg&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2-3 kluwek fruit, take the meat &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50 ounces cooked red beans boiled&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ¼ tablespoon salt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i used="" peeled="" kluwak="" nuts=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Directions&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Boil ribs, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, galangal, salt and java acidic water.&lt;br /&gt;2. Ground spices and saute the onion slices until fragrant.&lt;br /&gt;3. Lift.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Roast Chicken:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Marinate chicken with seasoning until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Put chicken in a hot dish.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sprinkle green onions.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bake in hot oven 180 C, for 30 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;After 15 minutes of baking, turn chicken and bake again until slightly dry and mature.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Remove, cut into wedges and serve.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Healthy Tips:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- To make the chicken is not too oily after being cooked, remove skin and layer of fat on the chicken thigh meat.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- For those of you who like really spicy, like me, of course.
